Why did we start Affluence Real Estate Group?

Having a young family also, I am passionate about helping everyday people and homeowners provide life by design, an incredible life for their families. Helping them by empowering them with the financial knowledge on how building wealth in Real Estate works is our goal (whether that be upsizing to a larger home) or downsizing and ensuring your future family and kids have the life they deserve. 

We found that the standard ways of doing things did not set people up for success financially. We answered these main 3 financial questions in our webinar “One Property can change your life”. Formerly working in corporate business, we just noticed that a typical raise was not enough to outpace inflation. We are passionate about this and this has been our life mission. There was the knowledge that the everyday homeowner didn’t have, until now. We are set to change all that! We aim to empower people to challenge their limiting beliefs about Real Estate and finances and use Real Estate to create the life they truly desire. Build your family legacy! 

For every home that we help our client buy or sell, we donate $500 of the proceeds to help our children www.food4kidswr.ca helping hungry children have food and the nutrition they need to learn and grow. About Sam Abdallah

Born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, Sam Abdallah has the real knack for buying and selling real estate in the Region.

Over the course of 5 years, Sam has learned the value of commitment, collaboration, and entrepreneurship. Sam has a reputation for always going the extra mile for his clients and his colleagues. He is constantly looking for ways to help others. Through a systematic approach, systems, and constant communication with his clients, the result is a trusted and 5-star customer experience.

With over 30 families helped last year, Sam understands the importance of systems to ensure a smooth listing or purchase and the impact these events have on the lives of his clients.

Following his attendance at a local elementary school and high school in Waterloo Region, Sam decided to continue his education at the University of Waterloo, earning his Bachelor of Science Degree. With a love for languages, he added a minor in Spanish and French, speaking fluently in both.

After University, Sam went to work in sales and account management. In 2014, he decided change was needed and began his career in Real Estate. Sam’s entrepreneurial spirit shone through and his passion for real estate quickly came to the surface.

In 2012, Sam married his best friend and together, they have 2 wonderful boys. While growing their family, they began growing their real estate interests.

Sam enjoys watching basketball, working out, playing with his kids and living a healthy lifestyle.
